2. Service Agreements & Estimates
All estimates provided through our website, including the pressure washer price calculator, are approximations and do not constitute a binding contract. Final pricing may vary based on on-site assessment, project complexity, materials required, and actual conditions.
A formal service agreement will be provided before work begins. Work will not commence until both parties have agreed to the scope and pricing of the project.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. General payment terms include:
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability at no additional charge when made at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations may forfeit any deposit paid.
5. Liability Limitations
While we take every precaution to deliver high-quality services and protect your property:
• Jarhead Home Services LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or damage unrelated to our work.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• We carry liability insurance to cover damages that may occur during the course of our work.
6. Warranty & Satisfaction
We stand behind our work with a commitment to customer satisfaction:
• Workmanship issues reported within 30 days of project completion will be addressed at no additional cost.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by third parties, or issues resulting from failure to follow care instructions.
